Service Procedure

Before contacting or speaking directly with any mechanic, the customer must first report to the cashier or administration area.
This step is mandatory and ensures that the company can properly register the service request, coordinate the work, and guarantee better customer service.
Eddy Racing’s administration is responsible for authorizing contact with the corresponding mechanic, preventing misunderstandings or future inconveniences.

Important Notice

The mechanics who collaborate with Eddy Racing operate independently in various workshops throughout the country.
Each technician is solely responsible for the work performed, as well as for providing their own personal warranty on the services rendered.

Limitation of Liability Clause

Eddy Racing acts solely as a referral intermediary between the client and the independent technicians.
Therefore, the company assumes no direct responsibility for any damages, malfunctions, losses, delays, or inconveniences resulting from services performed by third parties.
Any claims or warranty requests must be handled directly with the mechanic responsible for the work.
